NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Dr. Laura Berman
Hi! I’m so glad you are here. I’m not only a seasoned relationship therapist with 30+ years of experience (and two Masters Degrees and a PhD from New York University). I’m also a wife of 20 years and a mother of 3 boys, including my beautiful boy, Sammy, forever 16.
You might remember me from The Oprah Winfrey Show and other major TV appearances. I'm a bestselling author and award-winning radio host, and my passion is hosting The Language of Love podcast where I give practical tips for modern relationships.
But since loosing my son, I have also become an accidental grief educator and advocate. I am committed to helping others not only survive unimaginable loss, but learn to thrive through it. Breaking apart can become a break through with the right guidance.

Healing Happens When Women Come Together...
- In our community, we believe in the incredible power of women coming together to support and heal each other. We've created a safe space for grieving mamas like you to connect, share, and find solace in the company of others who truly understand.
- Just imagine being surrounded by a tribe of other mothers who have walked a similar path, who hold space for your pain without judgment or expectation. You don't need to explain yourself or put words to your grief - we just get it.
- We come together to share, hold space for ourselves and each other and engage in a variety of deeply healing activities like breath work, sound baths, gentle yoga, reiki and much more.
- The goal is to provide a nurturing environment for you to find peace, comfort, and camaraderie. You'll have the opportunity to share your journey, listen to others, and find solace in knowing that you're not alone on this difficult path.
- It doesn't matter how or when you lost your child - our community welcomes you with open arms. We understand that grief has no timeline, and healing is a deeply personal journey. You don't have to face it alone - we're here to support you every step of the way.
